02 WHAT THIS SITE COLLECTS
This is a static, single-page portfolio site. It does not run a backend server, does not use a database, and does not set cookies or run analytics/tracking scripts of any kind. In plain terms: browsing this site does not create a profile of you.
The one place information is collected is the "Book Your APP" form. When you fill it in and hit send, the form does not transmit your details to a server — it opens your own device's email application with a pre-filled message addressed to Lee, containing whatever you typed (name, email, phone/WhatsApp, company, services selected, project notes). Nothing is sent until you personally choose to send that email from your own inbox.

03 HOW THAT INFORMATION IS USED
Information sent via the contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you choose to proceed, to scope and deliver the work discussed. It is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

This site does not use cookies, pixels, or third-party analytics (such as Google Analytics) at this time. If that changes in future, this policy will be updated accordingly before any such tool goes live.
05 THIRD-PARTY LINKS & SERVICES
This site links out to third-party services, including SynthLead, C0D3 Digital/Agency, Promptlet App, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X. Once you leave this site via one of those links, your interaction is governed by that platform's own privacy policy — this policy does not extend to them.
06 DATA RETENTION
Because contact form submissions arrive as ordinary email (not database records), they're retained for as long as normal email correspondence would be — typically as long as needed for business and record-keeping purposes, or until you request deletion.
